3-ON-3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
A 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will be held outdoors at the Abbot Sports Complex in collaboration with the Grand Forks Fastbreak Club. If interested, please contact Bob McWilliams at bmcwilliams@gfymca.org for more information.

FRIDAY NIGHT HOOPS
Friday Night Hoops is an intramural program that allows for informal basketball games for middle and high school age students, regardless of skill level or ability.
Middle School Students
Time: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
High School Students
Time: 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cost: Members = $17.00 for 7 Games*
Potential Members = $34.00 for 7 Games * (excluding Thanksgiving weekend)

JUNIOR WEIGHT TRAINING
This training program is designed to expose members age 12-14 years to the benefits of utilizing the Nautilis and Cardio equipment for their overall health and wellness. Upon completion of this training, students can utilize the Junior Weight Training hour on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-5:00pm without a parent or guardian.
BOXING
The YMCA in conjunction with Boxing, Inc. has a boxing program available for both men and women, ages 8 and up. This program is taught and supervised by 3 Licensed and Certified US Olympic Coaches: Richard Quesnell, Bob Fincher, Jason Aaker, Joe Atliano & Dave Foley. The program is Licensed by USA Boxing for recreational and competitive boxing.
Cost: Participants are required to purchase insurance to participate, which is available through USA Boxing for $35 per year. All travel expenses for those who choose to participate in competitions are paid for by Boxing, Inc.

MARTIAL ARTS
TaeKwonDo, a form of martial arts and selfdefense is also recognized as an Olympic sport. The teaching method offered is “TaeKwonDo Chung Do Kwan,” one of the oldest and most recognized throughout the world.
Students are able to train and be promoted, receiving authentic certification of all ranges through 2nd Degree Black Belt, with the opportunity to compete in tournaments.
