AURORA MEDICAL PARK & YMCA FIRECRACKER 10K RUN & 5K FUN RUN/WALK

Aurora Medical Park & YMCA will host a 10K Run & 5K Fun Run/Walk in coordination with the Sertoma's 4th of July activities in Lincoln Park on Saturday, July4, 2009 at 8:00 am.

Entry Fee:  By June 30, adults $20.00, youth $10.00, July 1-July 4, adults $25.00, youth $15.00.

T-shirts and water bottles will be included for the participants in the 10K and 5K while supplies last.  Post-race refreshments, door prizes and awards will be presented.

Registration accepted by mail or at the Grand Forks YMCA Family Center.  YMCA members can register online at www.gfymca.org on the front of the home page.  Race day registration will be permitted until 7:30 am July 4 at Lincoln Park.

ALTRU HEALTH SYSTEM & YMCA CATS INCREDIBLE HALF MARATHON & 5K FUN RUN/WALK (no walkers for the Half Marathon please)

Altru Health System and the YMCA will host a Half Marathon & 5K Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 8:00 am in coordination with The Chamber's Catfish Days.

Entry Fee:  By July 27, Adults $25.00, Youth $15.00, July 28 - August 1, adults $30, Youth $20.

T-shirts will be included for participants in Half Marathon and 5K while supplies last. ost-race refreshments, door prizes and cash awards for the top three male & female finishers of the Half Marathon will be presented.

Registration accepted by mail (postmarked mail deadline is Sat., July 25) or at the Grand Forks YMCA Family Center.  YMCA members can register online at www.gfymca.org on the front of the home page.  Non-members can register at www.active.com. (Online registration deadline is Tuesday, July 28)   Race day registration will be permitted until 7:30 am August 1.
