YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Position: Infant/Toddler Caregiver
Days/Times:
AM & PM Hours Available = Monday thru Friday
Duties:
To provide a warm and nurturing environment in which children can grow in spirit, mind and body, while having fun in a safe and supervised environment. Implementation of planned daily activities that are educational, creative and developmentally appropriate.
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma and previous experience working with children. A person with any educational classes or background in an area working with children is desired.
Must have a current CPR Certification or willingness to complete.
Must be willing to complete any ongoing training as required by the State of ND for licensed child care.

Position: Pre-School Teacher
Days/Times:
Monday thru Friday; 7:30am- 2:00pm
Duties:
To provide a warm and nurturing environment in which children can grow in spirit, mind and body, while having fun in a safe and supervised environment. Planning and Implementation of planned daily activities that are educational, creative and developmentally appropriate, following the Creative Curriculum. Maintaining open communication with families enrolled in the program.
Requirements:
Must have a degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, with the ability to adapt to a pre-school developmental level for planning activities. Previous experience working with children. Previous experience working with Creative Curriculum preferred.
Must have a current CPR Certification or willingness to complete.
Must be willing to complete any ongoing training as required by the State of ND for licensed child care.

HEALTHY LIVING
Position: Wellness Center
Days/Times:
Evening Hours – 4:00-7:30pm & 7:30-10:30pm
Contact our Health Living Director for specific days.
Duties:
To provide a safe environment for individuals of all ages to utilize cardio and strength training equipment. Assisting each individual with achieving their wellness goals and a healthier spirit, mind and body. Educate participants on proper utilization of the equipment.
Requirements:
Prefer 1 year experience in working cardio and strength training equipment.
Good communication skills to establish positive connections with participants.
Current CPR Certification or willingness to complete.

Position: Yoga Instructor
Days/Times:
Contact our Health Living Director for specific days/times.
Duties:
To provide a safe Yoga workout that provides for a healthier spirit, mind and body for all participants. Educate your participants on proper technique and form.
Requirements:
Teaching Experience Required.
Current CPR Certification or willingness to complete.

Position: Water Aerobic Instructor
Days/Times:
Tue/Thur 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Saturday 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Duties:
To lead a group in a water fitness class using proper execution of exercises in a safe, professional and enthusiastic manner. Supervision of participants to make sure that they are utilizing good exercise techniques, along with education on proper fitness and use of equipment.
Requirements:
Water Aerobic certifications a plus, or a willingness to complete the necessary workshops and trainings to acquire the proper training to teach.
Current CPR Certification or willingness to complete.

Position: Lifequard

Duties:
To provide a safe and friendly environment for members and guests during lap swim, family swim, open swim and other special aquatic events. Other responsibilities will include basic pool area and record upkeep, with any other assigned duties by the Aquatic Director as needed.
Requirements:
Must have a current CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
Must have a current First Aide Certification.
Must have a YMCA or American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.

Position: Swimming Instructor

Duties:
To provide a safe and friendly environment for participants during swimming lessons. Ability to teach all six levels of American Red Cross Water Safety Classes. You must have a strong desire to work with young children in a very challenging environment, be outgoing and an energetic person. Other responsibilities will include daily safety checks, evaluations of students, maintenance of swimming equipment, with any other assigned duties by the Aquatic Director.
Requirements:
Must have a current CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
Must have a current First Aide Certification.
Must have an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification or YMCA Principles of Swimming.

BUILDING & GROUNDS
Position: Evening Custodian
Days/Times:
Monday thru Friday: 6:00pm-12:00midnight
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm-12:00midnight
Duties:
Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including such duties as dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing of floors and other surfaces, and performs other custodial duties as required. May move furniture and equipment, help with the set up for meetings/events, collects waste, paper and other debris, including recycling materials. May be required to assist in the striping and waxing of floor surface finishes. May be responsible for duties related to washing windows and marks on walls, performing laundry duties, and shoveling snow as needed. Cleans and dusts furniture, exhibit cases, fixtures and related furnishings. Generally assists in keeping premies in a clean and orderly condition. Locks and unlocks doors to offices and classrooms; provides security when buildings are not occupied. Performs minor maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment and reports major problems. Reads and comprehends directions on labels for using chemicals safely.
Requirements:
Two or more years of professional cleaning experience.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
May require availability to substitute for other shifts as needed.
Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
Sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties.
Must have a current CPR Certification or willingness to complete their certification.
