W.E.T. (WATER EXERCISE TRAINING)

This shallow end class is fast paced with high energy, music and the use of weights, kickboards, noodles and floatation dumbbells.  Tone your arms, legs, buns and abs, while also getting the great benefits of a cardio workout, with low impact.  You do NOT need to know how to swim to attend this class.  A water bottle is also suggested, as you will sweat!

SWIM AEROBICS

This class is more rigorous than traditional water exercise, utilizing both shallow and deep water.  Warm up will begin in the shallow end of the pool, and then gradually you will be moved into high intensity cardio workout, followed by toning and finishing with a 10 minute cool down and full body stretch.  Hand weights, along with noodles, kickboards and floatation dumbbells will be used to perform some of your workout.  The music is loud and the workout is fast, so be prepared to sweat! A water bottle is highly suggested.  A guaranteed full body workout, which will leave you feeling fantastic without the stressors imposed by regular land based weight bearing exercise.

AI CHI

Ai Chi is a water-based total body strengthening and relaxation progression, which integrates mental physical and spiritual energy.  It is performed standing in shoulder-depth water using a combination of deep breathing and slow broad movements of the arms, legs and torso.  This is ideal for better circulation and improved range of motion.

To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
