WATER EXERCISE |
| W.E.T. (WATER EXERCISE TRAINING) |

Have the best of both worlds! Buoyant, refreshing water plus the benefits of an aerobic workout. W.E.T. includes a warm-up, aerobics, toning, and cool-down segments. Classes are held in the shallow end of the pool. This class is fast paced wit high energy, music, use of weights, kick boards, noodles and floatation dumbbells. Tone your arms, legs, buns and abs while getting the great benefits of a cardio workout, with low impact. Knowing how to swim is NOT a prerequisite.

| SWIM AEROBICS |
This one-hour deep-water exercise class is a complete cardiovascular workout without stress on the joints. The class is designed to improve your fitness, endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. It's a GREAT head-to-toe workout!

| WATER EXERCISE COMBO |
This class is more rigorous than traditional water exercise, utilizing both the shallow and deep water. Warm up will begin in the shallow end of the pool, then gradually you will be moved into a high intensity cardio workout, followed by toning and finishing with a 10 minute cool down and full body stretch. Hand weights, noodles, kick boards and floatation dumbbells will be used to perform some of your workout. This music is loud and the workout is fast, so be prepared to sweat! We highly recommend that participants bring a water bottle to class. A guaranteed full body workout will leave you feeling fantastic, without the stresses imposed by land-based weight bearing exercise.
